If you’re going to visit the belgian seaside, chances are you’ll pass in Ostend. The biggest city on the seaside has seen better days, I think it isn’t a beautiful place to visit. It is very grey, looking a little depressed. Not so much nature to see, only those old appartment buildings. If you take a good look, you can see more and more appartments and stores to rent, to buy.

Nice to know: Marvin Gaye lived about 2 years in Ostend, after he fled from the USA and his cocainproblems. Rumor says, he wrote „Sexual Healing“ in Ostend in 1981.
